Appetizer: Sardine Dip

Ingredients:
2 x 120g cans of sardines in olive oil, drained
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, mash the sardines with a fork.
Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice, and stir until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve chilled with crackers, chips, or vegetables.
