Appetizer: Sardine Crostini


Ingredients:

2 cans of sardines in olive oil (120g each)

1 baguette, sliced

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Drain the sardines and set aside the olive oil.

In a small bowl, mash the sardines with a fork until they are broken up into small pieces.
